white flour.

in the past week, we have gone through more white flour than i suspect a family of four goes through in a month. unless of course, that family of four makes the following:
pasta.pasta (we made pasta from scratch twice in ten days.)

sugar and spice briochesugar and spice brioche

petits pains aux chocolatschocolatines

sally lunn breadsally lunn bread

and those are the things that i photographed. luckily, the jogging has been making up for it. in insist, however, that you go out and make the sally lunn bread, and the honey-browned butter spread. it’s worth it, completely.
